If your package is not yet on its way, we can change the address with our courier company. We will do our best to help you.

Unfortunately, if the size you are looking for is no longer available you must make a return and possibly order a new item.
As soon as we receive your return at Athesis Ltd. warehouse and the items are verified, we will process the refund and you will receive a confirmation email. The refund of the amount will be made by the chosen method and free of charge within a maximum of 30 days after the return of the goods, after verification of the condition of the them. In particular, we remind you to make sure that the returned product:
- Is intact;
- Has not suffered any kind of damage;
- Has the tag attached;
- Is still equipped with its original packaging.
If delivery is unsuccessful (in case you were absent at the time of delivery), the courier will redeliver your order on the next business day. Athesis Ltd. is not responsible for any delays attributable to the fault of the shipper.
