PURCHASE PROCEDURE

Consulting the catalog of Newlandfromitaly.com it is possible in every moment, inside the product card, to insert in the “basket” the desired article indicating the quantity (the default quantity is 1) and clicking on the relative basket icon.

To order another item, simply repeat the same operation.

The selected product will be added to the shopping basket and the quantity of products in it and the total price will be updated: these data are visible on every page of the site in the area reserved for the cart located above the header image (“Articles” and “Amount”).

Clicking on “Checkout” the contents of the basket can be viewed and the payment procedure can be accessed; this procedure can be cancelled in any moment before and up to point 4, explained below.
In order to complete the order, steps are as follow:

1) Order summary: in this mask it is possible to eliminate the articles present in the trolley or modify the quantities: the button “Continue order” leads to the next step.

2) Personal data: the data are requested in order to acquire the order, issue the relative fiscal document and carry out the shipment of the articles present in the trolley; the fields to compulsorily fill in are indicated by an asterisk.

3) Order Confirmation: all the acquired data are summarized in a single table; in the table are also calculated and visualized the shipping costs in function of the total amount of the order and of the destination; if the visualized data are correct, clicking the button “Confirm the order” it is accessed to the various modalities of Payment.

The shipment of the products will take place immediately after the receipt of your e-mail with the data of the executed transfer or a fax of the receipt of the transfer to the number +39 (0) 442 56462 (clearly indicating the references of the order, surname, name and e-mail), to allow us to verify the accounting by our bank.

6) Payment by cash on delivery:

this typology of payment is previewed only for the orders that introduce a monetary amount comprised between the 100,00 and the 1.000,00 euros. The payment by cash on delivery is valid only in Italy exclusively in cash and involves a surcharge of 3% with a minimum of Euro 5.00 to be calculated on the value of the order.
The purchase procedure can be interrupted at any time without consequences.

The order number in the e-mail receipt is to be used as a reference in any request for assistance to our Customer Service.

GUARANTEES

1) On-line purchases

Purchases made on Newlandfromitaly.com are regulated, for all that is not expressly provided for in the following conditions of purchase, by Legislative Decree no. 185 of May 22, 1999 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts and Legislative Decree no. 70 of April 9, 2003 on electronic commerce.

The articles in the site can be purchased, until exhaustion of stocks, by those who have completed 18 years. For the delivery of your purchases you can choose the place that you are more comfortable: at home, in the office or at another person.

2) Prices

The prices displayed on Newlandfromitaly.com are inclusive of VAT.

The agreed prices are intended to refer to these general conditions of sale. Athesis srl reserves the right to change the price list without notice.

Shipping costs should be added to the amount where applicable.

3) Technical data of the products

The characteristics of the products are indicated in the online catalog and are visible at the time of order placement. Athesis srl shows the products as truthfully and accurately as possible.

4) Shipment

For shipments Athesis srl uses the collaboration of the express courier GLS – General Logistics Systems Italy S.p.A.

Italy: free shipping over 90 Euro of expenditure

Europe: free shipping over 150 Euro of expenditure

The total amount of the order will be visible before proceeding with the confirmation of the purchase.

Orders are processed during weekdays, as soon as they are received.                                                         

The delivery will take place in 2-3 working days in Italy and in 7-10 working days in the rest of Europe.

The courier will deliver the goods directly to the address indicated at the time of purchase.

If the delivery is not successful (in case the customer is absent at the time of delivery), the customer will be contacted by the courier as soon as possible. Athesis srl is not responsible for any delays attributable to the fault of the shipper.                                                                                                                       

Upon receipt of the package, please check:

– that the number of packages indicated on the waybill is actually the one delivered 

– that the package is intact and undamaged, any complaints should be reported to the carrier indicating on the waybill that you sign for the withdrawal, the words “withdrawn subject to control”, otherwise the package is considered delivered correctly.

5) Declination of Responsibility

If for any reason the buyer is not completely satisfied with the items purchased, he can request the return within 14 days of receipt of the goods by sending an email to customer service. Athesis srl will refund the purchaser the amount paid for the purchase of products and shipping costs; with the notice of withdrawal must be provided the following data:

– invoice number and date;

– in case of partial withdrawal description and quantity of the products you intend to return;

– bank details on which to obtain the transfer of the refund.

The reimbursement of the sum will be made with the chosen modality and free of charge within 30 days from the return of the goods, after verification of the state of the same. In particular it is required that the returned product

– is intact;

– has not suffered any kind of damage;

– has attached the tag;
