PURCHASE PROCEDURE

By browsing the catalog on Newlandfromitaly.com, you can add the desired item to the “cart” at any time within the product page, specifying the quantity (the default quantity is 1) and clicking on the corresponding cart icon.

To order another item, simply repeat the same operation. The selected product will be added to the cart, updating the quantity of items in the cart and the total price. These details are visible on every page of the website in the cart section located above the header image (“Items” and “Amount”).

Product shipment will be arranged immediately after receiving an email with the transfer details or a fax of the transfer receipt at +39 (0) 442 56462 (clearly indicating order references, surname, name, and email) to allow bank verification.
   
6. Payment by Cash on Delivery: This payment method is available only for orders with a monetary amount between €100.00 and €1,000.00. Cash on delivery is valid only in Italy and exclusively in cash. It involves an additional fee of 3%, with a minimum charge of €5.00, calculated on the order value.

The purchase process can be interrupted at any time without consequences.

The order number included in the receipt email should be used as a reference for any assistance request to our Customer Service.

GUARANTEES

1) Online Purchases.
Purchases made on Newlandfromitaly.com are regulated, as far as not expressly provided for in the following conditions of purchase, by Legislative Decree No. 185 of May 22, 1999 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts as well as Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003 on electronic commerce.
The items on the site can be purchased, while stocks last, by anyone over the age of 18. For the delivery of your purchases you can choose the place that is most convenient for you: to your home, office or another person’s home.

2) Prices
The prices you find displayed on Newlandfromitaly.com are inclusive of VAT.
The agreed prices are understood to refer to these general conditions of sale. Athesis srl reserves the right to change the sales price list without notice.
Shipping costs must be added to the amount where applicable.

3) Technical data of the products
The characteristics of the products are indicated in the online catalog and are visible when the order is filled in. Athesis Ltd. shows the products as truthfully and accurately as possible.

4) Shipments
For shipments, Athesis srl collaborates with the express courier GLS – General Logistics Systems Italy S.p.A.

Italy: free shipping above 90 Euro of expenditure
Europe: free shipping above 150 Euro of expenditure

The total amount of the order will be visible before proceeding with the confirmation of the purchase.

Orders are processed during weekdays as soon as they are received.

Delivery will take 2-3 working days in Italy and 7-10 working days in the rest of Europe.
The courier will deliver the goods directly to the address given at the time of purchase.
If the delivery is not successful (in case the customer is absent at the time of delivery), the customer will be contacted by the courier as soon as possible. Athesis Ltd. is not responsible for any delays attributable to the fault of the shipper.

Upon receipt of the package, please check:
– that the number of packages indicated on the waybill is actually the one delivered
– that the package is intact and undamaged; any complaints should be reported to the courier by indicating on the waybill that you sign for pickup, the words “Withdrawn subject to control”, otherwise the package is considered to have been delivered correctly.

5) Declination of Liability
If for any reason the purchaser is not completely satisfied with the items purchased, he may request a return within 14 days of receipt of the goods by sending an email to customer service. Athesis Ltd. will refund the buyer the amount paid for the purchase of the products and for shipping costs; the following data must be provided with the notice of withdrawal:
– invoice number and date;
– in case of partial withdrawal description and quantity of the products to be returned;
– bank details on which to obtain the transfer of the refund.

The refund of the amount will be made by the chosen method and free of charge within 30 days of the return of the goods, after verification of the state of the same. In particular, it is required that the returned product:
– is intact;
– has not suffered any kind of damage;
– has attached the tag;
