Overview

The customer of products on the Newlandfromitaly.com website may unconditionally withdraw from the purchase contract under the following conditions: the right of withdrawal must be exercised within 14 working days of receipt of the goods by sending a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address:

NEWLAND shall reimburse the purchaser the sum paid for the purchase of the products and for the shipping costs (excluding the costs incurred for the return of the goods); the following data must be provided with the notice of withdrawal

• invoice number and date;
• in case of partial withdrawal, description and quantity of the products to be returned;
  
• bank details on which to obtain the refund transfer. 

Refunds

The customer who has exercised the right of withdrawal shall, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, return them (in whole or in part) by ordinary postal package.

The refund of the sum shall be made by the chosen method and free of charge within 15 days of the return of the goods, after checking the condition of the same. In particular, it is required that the returned product

• Is intact
• has not been damaged in any way
• has the tag attached
• is still in its original packaging
